Do you offer sample sizes?
We currently do not offer samples or sample sizes of our products for purchase. If you have questions about whether any of our products are right for you and your hair, feel free to email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be more than glad to make any recommendations!
What if my order arrived damaged?
If you received your package and any of the products have arrived damaged or have been tampered with, please email us at email@example.com with your name, order number and photos of the damages within 30 days of your purchase.

What if I have a discount code and it’s not working?
