International shipping is not yet available.


Shipping Options & Delivery Times

USPS Priority Mail – service could take 1-3 business days for delivery


Estimated delivery times commence from the date of shipping and delivery times remain at the responsibility of the courier, USPS.


Order Processing Times:

All orders have a 3-5 business days processing period. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please note that during holidays and busy periods it may take longer to process your order.


You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is unable to be delivered and is returned to Lux Mane LLC by USPS due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address supplied by the customer or failure to collect the package, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs and costs of re-delivery. Lux Mane LLC is not responsible for any packages delivered to the wrong address or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer


Lost or Stolen Packages:

Lux Mane LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Lux Mane LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Damaged Product and Incorrect Orders:

If you receive a damaged product or an order that you feel was processed or filled incorrectly, please contact us by email at info@luxmane.com with your name, order number and photos of the damaged and/or incorrect items within 30 days of placing your order.
